Delta8 Tincture is an easy way to dose up for the day.  Simply use the dropper to apply directly under the tongue.  Hold under tongue for 1 minute.  After one minute, you can drink or eat as usual.  The longer you hold under your tongue before food or drink, the better.  Under your tongue is where the most Delta 8 absorption will happen.
 
Delta 8 can create a nice buzz feeling on higher doses.  Please dose responsibly.

Personal Dosage per 30ml bottle will vary depending on the users preferred strength. We advise that you take a half dropper and see how you feel in an hour. If you feel that you need more at that time, you can re-dose.
